feedback ve lo può dimostrare. Gli oggetti che tratto nelle mie aste
sono tutti oggetti provenienti da privati, sia di alto, che di altrettanto
basso valore, molte volte dati anche in gestione a case
d'asta molto note e famose ma con costi decisamente più alti per
la vendita.

from private persons, both high and low value, many times given to
famous auctions house but with costs highre than now.

FEEDBACK
Il feedback viene rilasciato a merce consegnata e a feedback ricevuto da parte dell'acquirente. Se avete intenzione di lasciare un feedback neutro o negativo, NON FATELO! Risolveremo la cosa nel migliore dei modi.
RESTITUZIONE
Qualora la merce non soddisfi
i requisiti della descrizione, avrete tempo 5 giorni per rispedirmi il
tutto. Se dovesse passare il tempo suddetto, mi ritengo escluso da qualsiasi forma di protesta o rimborso nonchdi
feedback negativi o neutri.
Una volta che la merce mi stata rinviata (a spese vostre) e previa verifica di assenza di danno o manomissioni (altrimenti non riterropportuno effettuare il rimborso), procederal
rimborso della somma pagata meno le commissioni ebay e la spedizione scelta
da voi al tempo della mia spedizione.
Tutti gli oggetti venduti sono
fotografati in ogni particolare.
In caso di restituzione di
oggetti difformi dalle foto registrate, testimonianze e descrizioni, si
procederà alle conseguenti azioni legali, sia civili che penali.
NON PAGANTE
Se dopo
1 settimana non ricevo il pagamento vi inveril modulo per "Offerente Non Pagante" fornita da eBay. Se dopo un'altra settimana non avravuto alcun pagamento procedercon
il relativo rilascio del feedback negativo e dell'ammonimento!
Vi ricordo che ogni oggetto aggiudicato da parte vostra equivale ad un contratto di compravendita regolare!!

FEEDBACK
The
feedback will be released at delivered goods and feedback released
from the buyer. If you have intention to leave a negative
or neutral feedback, DON'T DO IT! We'll solve the problem at
the best way
RETURN BACK
In case of stuff shouldn't
satisfy the description, you will have 5 days to re-send all to me.
If the above time should pass, I will be exclused from any form of
protest o refund as well as negative or neutral feedback.
Once the stuff is been
re-sent (at your own cost) and after a checking of absence of manomissions
or damages (otherwise I will not refund), I will proceed with refund
minus ebay fees and your shipping (Only the amount of the auction)
All the sold items are
registrated with photos in every particular.
In case of restitution
of items unlike the original photos, description and testimonials,
I will proceed with the consequent legal actions, both civil and
penal.
NOT PAYING
If
I don't receive the payment after 1 week I will send you the "Not
Paying Bidder" module provided by eBay. If I shouldn't
have the payment after another week I will proceed with the ammoniment
and negative feedback!
